About the Role
Provide support to the Human Resources department
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
- Arrange interview sessions for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Assist candidates with their application process.
- Assist recruiters with the employment screening process for shortlisted candidates.
- Support candidates onboarding logistic.
- Participate in department’s weekly meetings and engagement events.
- Create posters/signages/display clip for events and coordinate with brand compliance.
- Contact partner stores/vendors for project coordination.
- Set up Microsoft Forms for event registrations and cross check data.
- Involve as writing role in events. (E.g., group communication emails, letter drafting, reminders, event announcement)
- Arrange layouts and decorate for office events.
- Assist in survey data analysis.
- Assist HRBP for projects
- Career Fairs
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, Communications, or business-related degree.
- Available for at least a 6-month full-time internship.
- Good organization skills.
- Willingly to learn & pay attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
- CGPA 3.00 & above
