Dexcom Malaysia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including HR projects . This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HRBPs in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives .
  • Assist in the design and implementation of change management initiatives, including communication plans and training programs.
  • Contribute to various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the development of innovative HR solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of the business and employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Availability to commit to a specific duration of the internship program.
