We are looking for an intern who can have a development experience in within the HR Team.
The resource will have the chance to experiment directly a 360° experience on the following topics:
- people management processes
- HR Administration
- talent acquisition
- employee development
- health&safety
- employee relations
- employee engagement
The main tasks that will be assigned are:
- Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks
- Support the implementation of the main engagement activities
- Support the HR team on Health&Safety management
- Support the HR team on talent management (training& development)
- Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics
The candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated to a med-device multinational company.
Minimal Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Law
- Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;
- Good knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPT;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;
- Attention to details and strong analytical skills;
- Curiosity
- Passion for medical device industry.
