We are looking for an intern who can have a development experience in within the HR Team.

The resource will have the chance to experiment directly a 360° experience on the following topics:

  • people management processes
  • HR Administration
  • talent acquisition
  • employee development
  • health&safety
  • employee relations
  • employee engagement

The main tasks that will be assigned are:

  • Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks
  • Support the implementation of the main engagement activities
  • Support the HR team on Health&Safety management
  • Support the HR team on talent management (training& development)
  • Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics

The candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated to a med-device multinational company.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics or Law
  • Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;
  • Good knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPT;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;
  • Attention to details and strong analytical skills;
  • Curiosity
  • Passion for medical device industry.
