About the team you are joining
IATA Certification is the world’s leading assessment, auditing, and certification body in the aviation industry. We have the most recognized certification on the air transportation standards and best practices.
You will be joining the IATA Certification team and reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operation & Administration. The Intern will be responsible for the administrative support on the delivery of certification products and services and the business development efforts in IATA Certification.

What your day would be like

  • Coordinate the administration and logistics for the delivery of the certification services
  • Review and process contracts, purchase orders, invoices and expenses
  • Assist in the development of operational processes, procedures and guidelines
  • Organize and maintain operational records and documents
  • Implement and adhere to the organization policy and procedures
  • Carry out any other tasks vary depending on needs and have included: maintain and update databases, presentation, reports, websites, etc.

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ability to perform as an effective team player in a multicultural working environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to identify, analyze and resolve issues with a strong sense of attention to details.
  • Hands-on with a willingness to learn/figure things out. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularity with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Candidates must possess and exhibit the core IATA values (be people and team oriented, focused on results, embrace innovation and change, and demonstrate leadership and personal integrity).
