  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong digital skills.

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and support in the internship recruitment – Posting, Sourcing etc…
  • Provide support in implementing the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), conducting analytics and insights on trends, and development of corporate training plan.
  • Assist in sourcing, promoting training programs and internal events, organize in-person and webinars.
  • Support UD Trucks International Sales competency framework project.

Recruitment

  • Assist scheduling of interviews for permanent positions.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan, liaise, and organize in employee engagement events/activities.

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to participate in other HR projects/initiatives.
