SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate Law student (Year 2 and above only) with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Interested in tax, private client practice, financial services law or in the regulation of financial services entities.
- Prior internship experience in legal and/or financial work is beneficial.
- Able to commit for minimum 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Contribute and assist in legal research, which may involve researching the applicable law and practice of Singapore and foreign jurisdictions.
- Prepare meeting notes/minutes and briefs on client matters and presentation decks.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team.
