IMG Licensing represents renowned brands, institutions, and entertainment properties spanning sports, films, and talent - creating marketing and revenue opportunities through licensed products. Responsibilities
- Support with Business Development identifying new experiential opportunities across the brand portfolio and making connections with leading operators in the market.
- Provide Operational Support to a number of projects managing timelines, key deliverables and follow ups with a variety of project stakeholders.
- Complete Administrative tasks across financial, legal and operational matters relating to new business opportunities and existing projects.
- Pro-actively research key market trends and maintain a prospect database ensuring we are across the latest developments and opportunities across the globe.
Qualifications
- Some prior knowledge of attractions / experiences / events is desirable.
- A pro-active can-do attitude willing to get involved at all levels of the business.
- Strong administrative abilities overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- A keen eye for detail when reviewing extensive design documents.
- Creative approach to your daily tasks being able to review and identify opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and / or other creative softwares to support with content development.
Program Details
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. Internships are 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

- February - March: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 10 weeks in length (June 30 – September 5)
Recruitment Process
Our process consists of four steps.
- Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you’re interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?
- Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected fort the next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.
- Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
- Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.
Eligibility
Our program is designed for recent graduates and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).
Pay
We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.

In October, TKO Group Holdings, Inc. announced it had reached a definitive agreement with Endeavor to acquire PBR, On Location, and IMG in a transaction expected to close in the first half of 2025. Therefore, interns securing placements within these specific businesses will be hired into or transferred into TKO and not Endeavor. TKO is majority owned by Endeavor.
