Would you like to take on a role where your ideas and input contribute to reveal to a more sustainable future? For our Hamburg office, located directly in the Hafencity, we are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Operational Excellence & Project Management to join our team for a duration of 4-6 month.

For this position, you will be studying in Mechanical, Industrial or Business Engineering, Economics or Business Psychology or a comparable course. In addition, we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

You will support our team in managing projects in the field of lean manufacturing and factory transformation. This includes – but is not limited to:

  • prepare status reports, create a KPI system, assist in business cases and planning activities, as well as creating decision papers
  • engage change management activities e.g., by assisting in setting up and executing training activities and by supporting the change communication
  • carry out independent projects within the scope of the team’s responsibilities
