QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a student currently enrolled in a degree program
  • Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA
  • Candidate should be able to start work during the summer and continue on a part-time basis (12+ hours/week) once the fall semester begins

Responsibilities:

Under general direction from the Administrative Support staff, this role will be supporting our Technology business unit and will be a primary point of contact for arranging, reviewing and auditing all travel arrangements.

  • Arrange travel for employees in the group via IGT’s internal booking systems.
  • Review and audit all travel expenses
  • Reconcile credit card expenses
  • Provide general administrative support to the business unit
