QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a student currently enrolled in a degree program
- Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA
- Candidate should be able to start work during the summer and continue on a part-time basis (12+ hours/week) once the fall semester begins
Responsibilities:
Under general direction from the Administrative Support staff, this role will be supporting our Technology business unit and will be a primary point of contact for arranging, reviewing and auditing all travel arrangements.
- Arrange travel for employees in the group via IGT’s internal booking systems.
- Review and audit all travel expenses
- Reconcile credit card expenses
- Provide general administrative support to the business unit
