- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields (or in progress).
- High analytical capability, curious to work with data and transform them into insights, great Excel skills needed!
- Strong ability to create positive network and work in team
- Both English and Italian proficiency required

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate sales performance across various product categories.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, desk research to monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities while identifying new marketing opportunities.
- Support trade marketing activities and assist with the creation of packaging updates, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out data for product categories and provide insights to ensure an optimal product, channel, and customer mix.
- Assist in overseeing and supporting promotional campaigns, tracking performance, and contributing to daily marketing activities.
