JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct industry research and financial analysis to support client engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and other client presentations.
• Analyze financial statements to evaluate potential transactions.
• Participate in due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors.
• Support the drafting and review of transaction documents and agreements.
• Attend client meetings, conference calls, and presentations, gaining exposure to client interactions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (for Bachelor’s degree – penultimate / final year or recent graduate preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and word.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, law, corporate finance, or M&A advisory is advantageous but not required.
