Responsibilities:
- Storyboard, film and edit micro-video training content with support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Train staff on video editing software and concepts
- Create and edit intra and internet web pages
- Create and modify graphics and photos
- Prepare training material to support users on digitized forms
- Complete stakeholder analysis to establish user needs
- Create computer animations
- Redesign Training and Development SharePoint Site
- Apply adult learning concepts to ensure micro-video training engages its consumer
