Description:

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:

The intern will support the Oceans and Biodiversity Manager with specific Ocean related projects execution and supporting management of stakeholders, ensuring short and mid-term activities and milestones for projects are enabled. Projects will vary amongst mangrove, corals and marine biodiversity restoration to projects linked to citizen science and education. The intern will support with information intelligence, project’s communications and reporting and daily priority tasks defined by the manager. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about different initiatives, interact with other peers within the group sustainability and if possible support other Group initiatives to gather a more rounded experience within this field in a corporate environment

SKILLS/MAJORS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors in Environmental or Conservation Sciences, Marine ecology or similar
  • Critical thinking, Good communication skills, to be able to work under pressure and fast peace and efficiency for process and handle information, Data Analysis, and basic project management skills.
  • Must be good at using software like Outlook and all Microsoft software
