ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent diploma
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German (spoken & written), any additional language is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Manage, in support of our existing Administrative Team, front desk and reception activities in the Basel office
- Perform diverse advanced secretarial and administrative duties independently
- Act as a helping hand to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations in the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Take part to the organization of events and internal meetings
- Manage the office supplies orders
- Get involved in the administration of new starters and leavers
- Be part of broader projects and initiatives implemented at local level
- Secure and maintain a high service culture and customer satisfaction
