Job Description
In order to improve succession planning, talent development and nomination preparation we are looking for an intern that will drive following:
- Complete current grading by associates and function with support of DIEU HR,
- Set up / modify existing criteria that defines grading by function and align with AMIS Senior Management,
- Create gap analysis between 1 and 2,
- Review AMIS talent management and suggest optimizations,
- Support implementation AMIS talent management.
Qualifications
HBO / University level
Additional Information
Period: 3 - 5 months
Bit more on practical side than on the theoretical side, however open to consider a more theoretical approach in case that would be beneficial for the student.
