[What the role is]
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Re-engineering Intern to support the ongoing initiative within the Planning and Evaluation (P&E) division. The intern will be responsible for analyzing specific parts of the grant-making process with the aim of simplifying and streamlining it using data and technology.
[What you will be working on]

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Job scope include, but is not limited to:

• Collaborate with the P&E team and other relevant stakeholders to identify potential areas for improvement, propose data analysis techniques to address inefficiencies in the current grant-making process.
• Work with technology tools and platforms to propose and implement solutions for process simplification
• Assist in the development of new workflows, procedures, digital tools to optimize the grant-making process
• Support the team in documenting and communicating the re-engineered processes to stakeholders

[What we are looking for]

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with datasets
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
