What will your responsibilities look like?
Collaborate with the CPO’s team on key strategic projects
Craft compelling presentations and data-driven reports
Implement and document cross-organizational learning paths
Streamline process documentation efforts
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources
Support annual goal-setting initiatives
Assist in project management Tasks
What do we expect from you?
Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, or Psychology
Consulting experience a plus
Strong data analysis skills and quantitative mindset
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in English and German
Self-starter with keen attention to detail
Passion for software/tech industry
