Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Assistant/ student worker to support our team with daily tasks across Social Media (paid/ organic), Display campaigns (GDN, Re-targeting) and SEA (Google/ Bing).
This role will involve campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting, with a focus on optimizing KPIs and ROI.
Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter):
- Publish, schedule, monitor and report organic social media campaigns
- Manage community interactions, including monitoring conversations and responding to customers inquiries
- Assisting with reporting, tracking, and implementing paid social media campaigns
Oversee monthly credit card reporting for social media channels
Display (GDN; Re-targeting, ABM):
- Set up, manage, and monitor standard display marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and generate reports
- Update product feeds, support affiliate & marketplace integrations
Search Engine Advertising – SEA (Google, Bing):
- Assist in executing, optimizing and monitoring SEA campaigns, including keyword research and expansion
Perform campaign analysis and reporting to ensure continuous optimization of KPIs and ROI
Position Requirements
- Motivated student or recent graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing and paid performance channels
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, particularly in performance marketing
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is essential
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
