Description:

Job Summary

As a Process Engineering Intern, you will support the engineering team in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, providing an opportunity to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges.

  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency and product quality.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Document and report on process performance and improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of process engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Completed coursework in process engineering or related subjects.

Preferred (optional):

  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
