Responsibilities:

  • Perform spend analysis for baseline on Category projects
  • Carry out analyses for project recommendations
  • Assist and lead Category Analyst in building requirements for Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Assist and lead Category Managers in elaborating Award of Business (AOB)
  • Handle and ensure compliance of AOB tagging
  • Handle contract compliance
  • Assist and lead Category Analyst with project management tasks such as logistics, delivery and inspection updates, invoice discrepancies, and transmission of expenditures reports to Financ
