BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a PMO Intern, you will support the PMO team in various project management activities, including project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop your project management skills, gain exposure to real-world projects, and contribute to the success of our initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plan templates, project setup and PMO processes.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of project progress, including status updates and performance metrics.
  • Help prepare project documentation, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Participate in meetings, capturing key discussions and action items.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the PMO team.
