QUALIFICATIONS

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, Marketing, or HR and have at least 6 months left of your studies.
We are seeking interns who are eager to learn, can manage their time effectively, and have some experience in their field and working with various stakeholders.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex tasks, manage shifting priorities, and handle strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Fluency in English is a requirement, and your CV should be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

Your tasks will vary depending on the department, but may include:

  • Support with operational tasks, meeting preparation and minutes, data analysis, reports and other internal communication
  • Drive process optimization projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc support for ongoing projects as well as gathering and consolidating data input from different stakeholders
  • Support with business development activities, e.g. development of obesity commercials
  • Support with monthly budget tracking and reporting
  • Support with social media insights generation
  • Support with improving our contract management data quality and future ways of workin
