Responsibilities:

Aim to get a broader knowledge of the various responsibilities in Regional Sales
Assist the team with various projects as and where needed
Support the departments efforts to:
Drive the highest levels of quality towards our customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
Drive performance across all Areas within the Region by exceeding key performance indicators deliverables
Sales Excellence - Measure and steer KPIs in sales for the region e.g. but not limited to Budget / Forecasting / Weekly volume forecast and utilization, revenue, contribution, opportunities and visits
Support area performance calls with Areas and Trade Management with the goal of improving the regional performance
Rate development tracking report.
Commercial projects for containers/equipment.
