We are looking for a motivated, curious intern with strong communication skills to join our International Sales team and support our business development, with immediate effect. This is a paid 4-6 months internship.

Tasks

  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and track customer interactions and communications.
  • Conduct research on existing accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Help identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop account plans and strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market opportunities.
  • Assist in gathering competitive intelligence and analyzing competitor activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support account-specific initiatives.
  • Manage specific projects related to account management under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

We already received a lot of applications for our english speaking position. We’re still looking for someone fluent in german. If that fits your profile feel free to apply for this position.

  • Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies
  • Good understanding or will to learn of B2B Sales environment
  • Background or basic understanding of image, media or sports industry
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations would be an added benefit
