How do we work?
In our global Sales Outbound Team, we are responsible for acquiring OANDA Clients and Partners via phone, e-mail, and instant messaging - we identify potential Clients, provide daily services to them, build up positive relationships, and close deals.
Our Sales Team works from Warsaw (Poland & East Europe), Krakow & London (Europe & LATAM) and Singapore (ASEAN) offices.
In the Team, you will find people interested in Forex, Stock Market, and Crypto trading so - no worries - training will be provided and we will teach you everything! This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to learn and grow in the financial markets.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Partner Sales Team in prospect gathering.
• Schedule and run email campaigns.
• Address basic inquiries and provide prospects with necessary information.
• Manage and analyze data using a data-centered approach to collate internal and external data to drive observations and insights that may inform sales ways to further advance business.
• Create sales presentations and other supporting materials.

What skill set do you need, to be successful in this role?

• University degree or final year study, preferably in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business/Marketing etc.
• Fluent in English and 1 other language - Chinese/Spanish/Thai
• Availability to work min. 40 hours weekly for 3 months.
• Passion for Forex, Stock Market, and Crypto trading or previous experience in trading (in a live or demo environment) will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation with a positive work attitude.
• Quick learner and adaptable
