Overview:
Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The Customer Service Enablement/Service Support team is looking to hire a summer intern out of our Eschborn Office on a hybrid basis. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world’s leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Timely and effective handling of customer inquiries and orders - preparing quotations, providing availability of goods and delivery information
- Exceed customer service level expectations (external & internal), working to agreed deadlines and a focus on finding solutions
- Managing the performance maintenance planning process including scheduling engineers’ time and ordering parts to complete the job.
- Reviewing and processing of field service reports for billing.
