Description:

STUDENT LIFE INTERN

The intern will join the Student Life Unit that promote student social integration within the campus and the Italian culture by supporting them in bureaucratic, administrative and practical daily life needs and foster inter-departmental connections among students through social networks and events in presence. Supports the development and production of NABA Merchandising collections and assures the activities related to its launch, promotion and distribution among students, staff and externally.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Support the planning and the execution of extracurricular activities on campus (educational and recreational events etc.), cultural trips, walking tours, and sports activities;
  • Support the agreements and relations with cultural and commercial institutions, partners and external service providers.
  • Support the promotion among students’ special events and parties and other projects in order to improve the integration of the students.
  • Support the development of NABA Merchandising collections, promoting initiatives and new products among students, staff and externally.
  • Support on Social Network activity on the NABA non-institutional channels.
  • Support students regarding the bureaucratic and administrative aspects (e.g. permit of stay, fiscal codes, opening of bank accounts, health insurance, etc.) and support the development of information material concerning activities and services to be communicated to students in collaboration with the Registration Office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Interest in promotional activities and in the organization of events in a multicultural environment
  • Passion and attitude to social media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
  • B2/C1 level of English
