JOB SUMMARY
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Start Date on January 20,2025.
Responsibilities:
As a Supplier Management Intern, you will:
- Handle sourcing and contracting-related activities, including Purchase Requisition ( PR ) compliance approvals;
- Create Requests for Proposals ( RFPs);
- Perform vendor follow-ups and provide administrative support for Supplier Managers and Shared Service Center Analysts;
- Demonstrate advanced English skills.
Bachelor’s studies in: Engineering, Administration
As a Processing Solutions & Equipment Intern, you will:
- Carry out administrative tasks;
- Manage documents;
- Create block diagrams;
- Develop production diagrams;
- Use software such as Office; Autocad suite is a plus;
- Hold intermediate English skills.
Bachelor’s studies in: Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will:
- Have knowledge of scripts, macros, and Power BI;
- Work with a team to investigate the causes of incorrect Master Data Parts for the US market;
- Assist the Master Data team in Panama to implement review routines, correct data, and create effective monitoring methods to prevent data corruption;
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills;
- Hold advanced English skills.
Bachelor’s studies in: Industrial Engineering or Commercial Engineering
As a Processing Services Solutions Intern, you will:
- Support the development of work monitoring tools, service activity reporting documents, and project management;
- Review electrical and mechanical manuals;
- Assist in creating 3D drawings;
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Python, and MS Project;
- Hold intermediate English skills.
Bachelor’s studies in: Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical/Electrical Design
As a Customer Service & Design Intern, you will
- Create Excel reports;
- Generate reports in SAP;
- Place and modify orders in SAP;
- Issue documents (invoices, remittances, and quality documents);
- Modify master data in designs on the Tetra Pak platform;
- Issue correspondence to clients in Panama;
- Use Microsoft Tools and Outlook;
- Hold intermediate English skills.
Bachelor’s studies in: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain
As a Logistics Intern, you will:
- Book invoices;
- Analyze shipping documentation;
- Perform compliance control;
- Engage in continuous improvement activities based on import documentation deviations, including missing load numbers on transport documents;
- Support audits;
- Maintain a reliable system to receive and deliver documents;
- Ensure timely availability of documents to various Tetra Pak companies and the Customer Service and Finance departments;
- Hold intermediate English skills.
Bachelor’s studies in: Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering
As a Services Supply Network Intern, you will:
- Support operational processes and continuous development;
- Proficiently use Excel;
- Analyze data;
- Prepare reports;
- Run macros;
- Assist teams with daily process improvements;
- Knowledge in Visual Basic, SQL, Python, C#, C++, C, HTML, CSS, SQL, Oracle, JAVA, JavaScript, VB, PHP and Power BI;

As a Services Support Intern, you will:
