Description:
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience: Min 1 year work experience in customer service, supply chain or related fields is considered an advantage
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to network and collaborate across different departments.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of using computer operations, office software
- Language Skills: Native/fluent in Romanian. English – B1 level
Responsibilities:
- Handle supply orders for Ecolab GMBH Austria and Nalco Austria entities, processing them in the E-Transport system by generating UIT codes.
- Ensure the processing of sales invoices in the E-Invoice system for the Nalco Austria entity.
- Provide support to the Supply Chain and Customer Service departments.
- Monitor goods receipts in the EBS and transmit UIT codes to freight suppliers.
- Assist in issuing monthly reports for UIT code statistics.
