Description:

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience: Min 1 year work experience in customer service, supply chain or related fields is considered an advantage
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to network and collaborate across different departments.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of using computer operations, office software
  • Language Skills: Native/fluent in Romanian. English – B1 level

Responsibilities:

  • Handle supply orders for Ecolab GMBH Austria and Nalco Austria entities, processing them in the E-Transport system by generating UIT codes.
  • Ensure the processing of sales invoices in the E-Invoice system for the Nalco Austria entity.
  • Provide support to the Supply Chain and Customer Service departments.
  • Monitor goods receipts in the EBS and transmit UIT codes to freight suppliers.
  • Assist in issuing monthly reports for UIT code statistics.
