COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team! Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent across various functions within Red Bull Canada (RBCA) and Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full cycle recruitment while supporting projects that will impact the talent acquisition strategy.
The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ. Our modern office environment combines spaces for creativity and playfulness where you will find everything you need to give wings to your ideas.
PROVIDE A PREMIUM CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process from start to finish.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed to create a seamless onboarding experience.
TALENT PROJECTS AND INITATIVES SUPPORT
In addition to core recruitment tasks, you will also support projects within Talent Acquisition with a focus on process improvement and to contribute to streamlining recruitment processes and improve efficiencies.
Assist with Intern Academy programming and planning.
Help in the creation and refinement of job descriptions, recruitment presentations and other Talent (HR) related materials across the broader team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Actively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college, going into 3rd or 4th year in September 2025.
Interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Preferred.
Highly Organized and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Attention to Detail.
Extra-curricular achievements.
