The User Adoption Intern will dive into hands-on projects, driving excitement around new technologies and systems. You’ll craft user guides, assist with impactful communications, and support change management to ensure a smooth, dynamic transition to cutting-edge IT solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Knowledge Base with accurate user guides and FAQs for effective self-help resources.
- Create clear, user-friendly materials for new technology deployments and best practices, translating technical jargon into accessible language.
- Develop and revise eLearning content, create short, animated video guides, and transform text-heavy material into visually engaging formats.
- Support the collection and analysis of user feedback, and assist in compiling of adoption metrics.
