MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Studying towards a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Ready to work at the advertised location without requiring relocation assistance by Ansys
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skill
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and comfortable with digital file management
  • Proactive approach, motivated to learn, good communication and time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and personnel documentation preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY / ROLE PURPOSE

Join the Ansys Student Internship Program to apply your education to enhance the efficiency of Human Resource Operations through digital innovation and solve real world problems, advance career skills and experience work at Ansys. We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join the local Human Resources Team in Germany. The Working Student will primarily focus on the digitalization of personnel files, including scanning, renaming and structuring the electronic files for easy access and management. The working student will gain valuable experience working in an HR Team while contributing to the efficiency and modernization of Ansys e-filing system. The Working Student needs to be present at our site in Otterfing.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the scanning of physical personnel files and important documents
  • Rename scanned files according to predefined naming conventions to ensure consistency and easy retrieval
  • Organize electronic files in a structured way, according to Ansys policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with the local HR Team to identify and address any gaps in documentation
  • Aid in implementing efficient digital storage solutions by maintaining data security
