JR64811 Intern / Working Student - System Engineering Lab (f/m/d)
We are looking for a working student to join our System Engineering Team in Munich and perform the preparation work on the customer systems, so the engineers can perform the measurement and analysis on them
Modification and Rework of electronic applications
- Solder with solder iron electronic components and semiconductor circuits
- Rework fine pitch electronic components with automated rework station
- BGA Reballing
- Prepare applications for high speed measurement tools
- Recycling of reusable electronic components after completed analysis
- Return of shipments of systems to our customers
Documentation of Systems and execution of simple tests
- Tear down documentation of systems and their memory interfaces (high level schematics)
- Execution and documentation of measurements
Prepare measurement equipment for maintenance and calibration
- Check maintenance intervals
- Packing for shipment
- Regular ESD checks (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Inventory check and replenishment
- Inventory check and listing for replenishment of electronic consumables (sockets, interposer, flux, cleaner, stake header)
- Maintenance of contracts database as needed
EDUCATION:
Students MSc/BSc in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Information Technology or similar.
QUALIFICATION:
Basic understanding of Electronics and semiconductors.
Basic understanding of Python or similar languages.
Ability to interact effectively with others.
The candidate should speak good English and enjoy working in a multicultural international environment.
