Responsibilities:
You will be supporting the Global Head of Internal Audit in developing and delivering the Internal Audit Plan, executing process reviews and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and internal controls.
- Evaluate governance, risk and control frameworks across the CAR Group
- Deliver internal audit reviews in a timely and efficient manner, without compromising the quality of delivery, identifying control findings and appropriate recommendations to management that are balanced, risk-based and reduce the opportunities for fraud
- Oversee the work of co-source auditors to ensure high quality work and adherence to timelines
- Timely follow up of audit issues, working closely with management to ensure actions address the risks identified
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicating internal audit outcomes with clarity and impact
- Support the Head of Internal Audit in producing Audit Committee reports and other key Management reporting
