Your Role
- Responsible for planning, fieldwork and reporting of internal audits, with a focus on “Swiss Life Global Solutions” e.g. international life insurance solutions and international corporate pension fund solutions in Luxembourg and abroad
- Your focus will be on key business and insurance processes as well as Solvency II Pillar 2 requirements
- Analyzing and assessing quantitative, operational and compliance risks in the continuous risk monitoring and annual risk assessment and planning process
- Identification and communication of weaknesses in governance, risk management and control processes and development of practical, sustainable recommendations
- Further development of risk assessment and audit approach in the core businesses
- You will report to the local CEO in Luxembourg and functionally to the Divisional Head Internal Audit based in Zurich
Your profile
- University/University of Applied Sciences as well as experience and certification in internal and/or external auditing (e.g. certified accountant, certified internal auditor).
- A very solid working experience of which minimum of 6 years of practical audit experience (internal/external) in the financial services industry. Experience with Luxembourgish regulation and insurance business is advantageous.
- Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills with a quick grasp of complex interrelations, presenting them comprehensibly in a concise manner and identifying key problems and take ownership of them from A to Z (hands-on).
- Excellent project management skills, structured, independent, conscientious and efficient high-quality working methods.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of English. French and German is an advantage
- High social skills and integrity.
- IT affinity for data analysis in Power BI and Excel.
