A truly effective internal auditing capability is a crucial element of any organization’s risk management structure. Deloitte’s Internal Audit team plays a critical role in enhancing the risk management framework and ensuring the effectiveness of the firm’s internal controls. It is responsible for conducting comprehensive audit engagements and providing strategic recommendations to improve processes and mitigate risks and ensure a solid dialogue with Governance bodies of the organization.

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in business administration, accounting, finance or from a business school; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certification, considered as an asset.
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in internal audit.
• Proven creativity with the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and logical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge in internal audit standards and practices, risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Fluent in French and English, coupled with advanced writing skills in both languages. Other languages would be considered an asset
