Team Overview:
Reporting to the Head of the Operations Center, this position will lead and manage the entire in-house collection multi-channel processes. With responsibility on over 200+ collectors, training teams and a group of Supervisors and Team leaders, this position is key to ensure credit losses targets are met.
Role Responsibilities:
1) Ensure the compliance on collection procedures, achieving our Quality and productivity goals.
2) Flawless execution of collection policies ensuring all operational effectiveness targers are met
3) Lead a group of Supervisors and Team Leaders to achive their goals and develop their skills.
4) Be responsible of the production of operational intel, as per the business requirements
5) Lead by the example of the right operational behavioral principles.
6) Own the procesess continues improvement identifying gaps and proposing mitigation actions.
7) Be proactive to feedback the risk collections policy teams to improve collections models.
8) Ensure the implementation of the Safety Operations strategy.
9) Propose and implement improvements in the dialer and collections strategies
Role Qualifications:

1) At least five years experience managing multi-channel collections processes of +200 collectors in the Banking or Fintech Industry for credit cards and/or personal loans.
2) Fully bilingual English-Spanish (Advanced Business English)
3) Proven experience as People Leader.
4) Full experience in managing collection process in a challenging environment
5) Knowledge of collections models, collections strategy and dialers management
6) Long term residence in Mexico City´s Metro Area
7) Solid knowledge of local collections regulations
