Internal Communications Analyst, Sr

Right now, we are looking for a Global Internal Communications, Sr Analyst to coordinate and produce corporate communication strategies and campaigns. The role will have a special focus on those campaigns that carry out and inclusion & diversity initiatives.

Your main challenge will be:

• Responsible for Globant’s internal communication strategy and execution, information delivery, promoting our culture, and generating awareness campaigns.
• To get involved, and take ownership of key process definitions that will make a positive impact in our area.

What will help you succeed:

• Always looking to add value and find creative ways of doing things.
• Work with minimal supervision but in close contact with the leader and manager of the team.
• Share best practices.
• Constantly interact with key stakeholders and continuously provide guidance to become a consultant and advisor in Internal Communications for them.
• Proactively report the project status of campaigns.
