Internal Communications and Data Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for an Internal Communications and Data Specialist to join our growing team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong background in internal communications and strategic planning
• Experience in driving organisational improvement initiatives
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in video and mixed media tools for internal communications
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in pulling data from multiple sources and creating bespoke reports
• Ability to prepare and present reports to senior leadership, including the CIOExcellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
