Binance is looking for an Internal Comms Manager/Director who is able to reinforce and bring together our company mission and values within the organization. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the global communications team and working cross functionally with HR and other departments. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and interested in cryptocurrency, innovation and financial technology with relevant internal communications experience with strong storytelling/employer branding ability. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape Binance’s internal communications efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in an internal communications or employer branding role
  • Strong understanding of Binance’s culture, mission and values as well as knowledge or interest in the blockchain/Web3 space
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership and initiative
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, and effective and clear communicator
  • Experience working with and supporting executives directly and effectively
  • Works well under a fast–paced environment
  • Flexible and dynamic, self-starter
  • Understanding or experience with multi-media content
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or relevant field
  • Fluent English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and liaise with internal stakeholders on increasing employee engagement and satisfaction and aligning/reinforcing the company’s mission, vision and culture
  • Foster a sense of pride and belonging for employees across departments and countries, and strong company culture across channels and multi-media content
  • Develop internal communications plans and initiatives supporting business priorities
  • Ensure effective communications on latest company updates, policies and initiatives
  • Lead on the organization of company townhalls, including messaging, logistics and analyzing/actioning feedback
  • Develop new and improve existing employee engagement efforts, proactively identifying new opportunities and avenues to support initiatives across the organization
  • Develop actionable internal surveys to improve HR and company initiatives, employee engagement and employer branding
  • Support internal stakeholders, HR and admin on regular and dynamic communications and company initiatives
