• This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced communications professional seeking to broaden their horizons in an expanding international organisation.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven history of translating business objectives into compelling and coherent communication initiatives and enhancing employee engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Confidence in strategising and leading initiatives, as well as a hands-on approach to delivery with an eye for detail
• Understanding of channel management practices and techniques
• Strong project management and organisational skills are vital, as is a degree and/or professional qualifications relating to communications and marketing.
• Team player who can contribute to our wider communication objectives and provide strategic input on projects as required.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Manage the communication strategy and delivery of People engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition, reward and wellbeing. Work alongside Miller’s Inclusion Networks to develop and manage DEI engagement strategies to facilitate a culture of inclusion across all UK and International divisions
• Partner with our Technology and Innovation teams to keep colleagues’ informed about advancements central to our transformation journey. Oversee the launch of our Customer Engagement Platform and collaborate with our Innovation team on evolving areas such as AI adoption.
• Communicate operational strategies and achievements in partnership with our Group Operations teams, translating complex information into accessible and engaging narratives
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to support and deliver cultural programmes that reinforce our values and foster a sense of community
• Manage engaging content across Miller’s internal communication channels, evaluating their efficiency and ensuring their suitability for Miller.
• Involvement in the planning and delivery of significant in-person colleague events.
