Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Middle East communications team with the administration for employee engagement activities. This includes, but is not limited to, organising social, volunteering and community events and creating content to support these activities. A key part of this role will be coordinating the Emirati Network, playing a role in enhancing Emirati culture at AECOM. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact through enhancing employee engagement and community building.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of exeprience
  • Fluent in English with strong written skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • MS Office Suite experience (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage budgets.
  • Familiarity with Viva Engage or similar community management platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of Emirati culture and a commitment to supporting the Emirati community within the organization.
  • As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
