DESCRIPTION

This is a standalone role working within our HR team and collaborating closely with the Marketing and Corporate Development teams in order to develop the communications infrastructure across the Company. This role will ensure that, as we continue to grow, our culture reflects the company identity and that teams feel connected as we collaborate towards achieving objectives.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement within a large and complex organisation
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills – experience working in video design and editing is a bonus!
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A creative mindset with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand messages
  • A collaborative, team-orientated approach with a passion for building positive workplace culture
  • A deep understanding of employee needs and the ability to connect with diverse audiences

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy to drive employee engagement, business objectives, and cultural alignment.
  • Crafting compelling, informative content for various internal platforms (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.).
  • Facilitating engaging internal events, surveys, and employee forums to promote collaboration and feedback.
  • Managing internal campaigns that foster recognition, inclusion, and overall employee well-being.
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, adjusting strategies based on feedback and data.
  • Working closely with HR, Marketing, Corporate Development, Operations and wider teams, this role will embed and communicate the people strategy and business change projects. This includes selecting and implementing an effective platform and repository for internal communications and developing strategies to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all channels.
  • Experience in leading businesses through growth and change projects, as well as managing relationships via a matrix structure will be highly preferable
  • Supporting the employee onboarding process (from a communications perspective) for both new hires and employees of companies Enva acquires
