We are looking for a proactive and skilled Internal Communications Executive to support our internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s goals and values. This role involves developing and executing communication plans, crafting messaging for a variety of internal channels, and coordinating communications across teams. REQUIREMENTS

We’re seeking a versatile multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships. We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to dive into our industry with a positive, can-do attitude!

Essential Attributes :

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with intranet management platforms, email marketing tools, and digital communication channels (e.g., MS Dynamic, MS Teams, MS SharePoint).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong project management abilities, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to see the big picture while also focusing on details and execution.
  • Creativity: Innovative mindset with a flair for storytelling and engaging employees through various formats.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and organisational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, intranet articles, leadership messages, and event announcements.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement communication campaigns that align with company objectives and reinforce company culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Create and execute initiatives to drive employee engagement and morale, such as employee recognition programmes, pulse surveys, and interactive events.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department leads to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation and support key initiatives.
  • Intranet and Digital Channels: Maintain and update the company intranet (SharePoint), ensuring information is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible. Utilise other digital channels for targeted communications.
  • Feedback & Analytics: Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal discussions to evaluate communication effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary
