About the team
We are responsible for all internal communication announcements in the Swiss workplace, including employee services and benefits. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all internal communications within our Swiss premises are clear, engaging, and impactful. We also collaborate closely with various global functions to tailor and implement global campaigns at the local level, ensuring they resonate with our Swiss-based employees. Our work is pivotal in fostering a workplace where all employees feel connected, valued, and inspired.
Who we’re looking for
- Available from February to August 2025
- You are currently studying for your degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- You have strong writing skills in English and French, with the ability to express ideas clearly and proficiently in both languages.
- You are proficient in MS Office programs and have experience working with Canva and/or Photoshop, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Ideally, you have experience in digital communication (SharePoint-based sites, social media channels, newsletter creation etc.)
- You are passionate about creating new content, with good eye for design and a general flair for creativity and problem-solving.
- You have outstanding time management skills and demonstrate a strong sense of collaboration.
- You demonstrate a can-do attitude, are resilient and can easily adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Roles & Objectives
- In collaboration with WX and other functions, write, develop, and create content for our internal communications channels, such as our intranet pages and our internal social media channels, to support our department and PMI’s messages and strategies.
- Support in the creation of our department’s monthly newsletter (e.g., drive the content strategy, write, and create the content, ensure deadlines are kept, be in contact with colleagues and other teams to get their content, etc.)
- Create designs and images to support WX communication messages and campaigns.
- Collect and analyze data of our internal communications channels to drive content decisions.
- Support the WX Communication team on various other communication projects.
