Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to manage internal communications for our team at the TROJENA project – an iconic mountain tourism destination in Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of initiatives to bring our strategy and purpose to life.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A creative and dynamic approach to problem-solving
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in an internal communications team or digital communications team with an internal focus
  • Experience of producing content for multiple channels
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong digital skills including SharePoint and other delivery channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications – particularly PowerPoint, Word and Viva Suite
  • Arabic speaker preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of all project internal communications activities including:

  • Designing a strategy for project-wide employee communication
  • Managing and establishing new local communications platform
  • Managing employee engagement activities including All Hands, team building activities etc.
  • Taking responsibility for campaigns and events, including executive and external visits
  • Monitoring impact of communications initiatives
  • Managing the internal communications calendar to messaging lands effectively
  • Writing compelling and engaging stories from across the project
  • Partnering with the global Infrastructure Communications and Corporate Affairs teams to publish relevant and timely content to the wider business
  • Contributing to internal communications best-practice by analyzing internal communications performance data and recommending improvements to the overall internal communications strategy
