THE ROLE

Our opportunity is your chance to own, drive and optimise all internal communication channels and enhance colleague experience across our global organisation.
Let’s talk!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Owning our global channel management and infrastructure – overseeing and continuously improving all internal communication platforms (intranet, digital banners, Viva Engage), ensuring they are engaging, user friendly, accessible, on brand and effective in reaching colleagues globally.
  • Leading the scheduling, production and distribution of global newsletters.
  • Ensuring content going into our channels is clear, appropriate for the audience, in line with our global strategy and maximising engagement.
  • Acting as an internal brand guardian, ensuring that all channels and internal communications consistently uphold our brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Supporting the embedding of our vision, ways of working, EVP, and global Strategy to bring about ‘One AMS’ culture and sense of belonging.
  • Fostering a connection between regional Engagement Committees and our central Engagement strategy - providing insights, recommendations and guidance where needed.
  • Generating engaging and authentic colleague stories and bringing these to life through a variety of multimedia (video, podcasts, blogs).
  • Leading and executing the Internal comms channels roadmap to continuously improve our channels, making sure we are getting return on investment and using our channels to their full potential as well as keeping abreast of new internal comms technologies we could be utilising.
  • Producing sophisticated data and insights on channel performance and using this data to inform the wider internal comms team and stakeholders, drive improvements and guide decisions.
  • Owning and managing supplier relationships for the provision of all internal comms channels.
  • Ensuring all comms channels are performing as expected, escalating and managing through to solution any performance issues.
