DO WORK THAT MATTERS

We’re recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager to drive communication and engagement across the Engineering Practice – a horizontal community of over 7,000 Engineers across the Group.

You will play a pivotal role in improving the way engineers and the Engineering Practice team share information with each other and our colleagues across the bank. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a compelling communications plan that spans across the Group and various stakeholder teams.
  • Sourcing, writing and editing engineering content including news articles, key messages, manager toolkits, briefings, scripts, FAQs, videos scripts.
  • Creating and delivering strategic employee communication campaigns for key business projects.
  • Facilitating engagement sessions to deliver key messages objectives of the Engineering Practice.
  • Regularly evaluating and measuring internal communication activity and impact with the engineering community.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring our communication channels are effective in reaching the target audience across the group.
