Tetra Pak is looking for an Internal Communications Manager that will be part of the Communications function, reporting to the Communications Director Integrated Solutions & Services.
This is a permanent position.
This position is based in Europe at one of our office locations (Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy). You will work in a global team supported by digital channels and remote collaboration tools. Occasional travel might be required.

As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will support two business units (Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment) with internal communications, working in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across Tetra Pak globally to inform and engage employees, to help the company change when needed, and to listen and support our colleagues around the world.

Your focus

• Support the Head of Internal Communications for Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment to develop and execute the internal communications for the two business units, including development of key messaging, and tactics for execution
• Drive unit-level editorial calendars by creating and delivering engaging internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, visuals, videos, and presentations
• Support Head of Internal Communications in creating and executing change communications plans and campaigns to support and accelerate strategic transformations for our two business units
• Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders in internal communication
• Work across multiple teams in the global business units to promote Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment news globally, ensuring a consistent flow of information and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement
• Manage and maintain the two business units’ internal communication channels ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
