Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of, and maintain the publishing status, reconciliation, and tracking of key cross-functional strategy documents, ensuring that all delivery vehicles and systems are in alignment
  • Support the launch and continued maintenance of strategic Marketing enablement programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Employee Success, Finance, and Public Relations to ensure cohesive communications that aligns to companywide messaging
  • Align, inspire, and connect teams by simplifying complex concepts into clear, relevant communications for a large Marketing organization
  • Understand strategic priorities and create relevant internal comms plan to support
  • Apply industry best practices for internal communications within a large, global organization
  • Develop, build, and manage relationships with executive stakeholders and their teams
  • Enable Marketing employees on major company initiatives - strategic events, campaigns, product news, promotion cycles, org changes, and more
  • Build trust, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on program status and outcomes
  • Support the production of large, leader-hosted All Marketing Calls
  • Inspire employee attendance at internal events; track results and apply key learnings to improve future comms, event content, and participation.
  • Track, measure, and report outcomes; provide actionable employee insights and suggest relevant topics based on formal and informal feedback
